3rd Party Warehouse Services
Prorizon first analyzes the current operations then works with the customer to re-engineer the warehouse processes. Finally we absorb and retrain the workforce for maximum efficiency.
Inventory management is a critical business function. If not handled effectively, costly materials can easily be lost or under-billed.
Our Active SCM Warehousing system uses automation and standardization to simplify receiving, tracking and releasing product. Process improvements ensure the products received match the orders placed. Inventory remains classified and organized so reliable inventory levels and accurate data are passed to your core business systems such as Accounts Payable and Asset Management.
Key Tracking Indicators allow users to proactively manage warehouse contents, commodity costs or dollar valuations. In addition, the system maintains daily milestone tracking by each of the standard classifications.
Asset Life Cycle Tracking
The Asset Life Cycle system is built to allow the user to historically record the entire lifecycle of the actions performed against an asset including: Receipt, Preparation, Installation, Maintenance, Break/Fix, Inventory, Custody Transfer, Retirement and Disposal. The system maintains multiple classifications of each asset. Asset types identify the particular asset. Asset hierarchies define how the assets are related (i.e. a user may have a desk, a laptop, monitor, etc.). Asset Pools are used to determine the Asset Status (New, In Use, Redeployable, Disposed, etc.).
Warehouse Scanning System
Prorizon uses a state-of-the-art scanning system to provide real-time information on receipts, returns, picks and pickups from the warehouse. Because our system interfaces with your core systems (i.e. A/P and Asset Management), we can confirm critical order data such as Received Complete or Incomplete, Under/Over Shipments, Item Substitutions and Incorrect Items received. No scanner synchronizations are required. Receive or pick an item and immediately see the impact to inventory levels in Active SCM. Prorizon can then update your Asset Management system with receipt or pick data and/or generate tickets in your Help Desk system, like Service Center, to notify others the ordered items have arrived (i.e. making a technician aware that a server has arrived and is ready to install). Process Alert emails can also be generated to let integral users know items have been received, picked or picked up. These alerts help us speed up throughput and proactively manage the warehousing process.
Receiving & Picking
The process of receiving and picking is a labor intensive and critically important piece of proper inventory management. In order to properly manage the warehouse, processes must help ensure accuracy while minimizing overhead costs. Using real-time inventory management systems, our solutions making these functions easy and fast. More importantly, our tracking indicators allow your team to proactively manage warehouse contents, stock levels and inventory costs.
3rd Party Procurement Services
We have developed a plug and play model for procurement that works across multiple subsidiaries, regions or countries. Our virtual buyers work as an integrated extension of your company to keep costs down.
Procurement Management is the heart of the Active SCM system. It manages Requisitions, Approval Workflows and creates Purchase Orders for A/P or P-card Orders sent directly to the vendor.
All other business functions such as Asset Life cycle, Budget Tracking, Account Reconciliation, etc. revolve around this nucleus and are fully integrated. They interface seamlessly through the entire procurement process.
Overview
The order process may optionally begin with an initial pricing request (RFQ). Once completed, it is easily converted into a Spend Request (SR) or the user may initiate an SR directly. The SR defines the procurement to take place and runs through an approval workflow routing where the funds are allocated.
Purchase & P-Card
Orders may be generated through a standard web browser anywhere in the world. Users can access the Active SCM system and create requests for POs and P-card Vendor Orders without installing any client software. The user may choose from a standard or custom catalog that is global or regionalized for different business units or countries.
Procurement Services
In addition to our Active SCM system, Prorizon will provide the human resources to manage the day-to-day purchasing process for a portion or all of your company. Procurement isn’t the core competency of most businesses. Prorizon is uniquely positioned to integrate its software and services into your organization to dramatically increase throughput while reducing overhead costs. Approvals & Budget Tracking
Cloud-based workflow streamlines the spend request approval routing. Pending approvals are displayed on the user's dashboard and notices are routed through the customer's existing email system. Approval Routing, from the most simple to the most complex, can be designed based on factors such as region, country, expense type (capital, expense, etc.), charge code, material group code, total request value (based on local currency) and more.
Purchasing & Buyers Queues
Active SCM sub-systems are all integrated and interface seamlessly through the entire procurement process. RFQs can be turned into a Spend Request with no re-keying. Approved Spend Requests automatically create Purchase Orders or Direct Orders to the vendor to minimize the amount of human intervention. The approved orders are sent directly to the Prorizon buyer's queue. The Purchasing system provides the capabilities for Standard or Blanket Purchase Orders, RFQs, Change Orders, Contracts and Service Orders. Purchase or Service Orders can automatically be split or consolidated as required based on the system rules or the buyer's needs.
